1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using mandmautoperformance.com, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Use License

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view and use this website in accordance with these terms and conditions. You may not:

  • Modify or copy materials
  • Use materials for commercial purposes
  • Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer
  • Remove any copyright or proprietary notices
  • Transfer materials to another person or "mirror" materials

3. Vehicle Rental Terms

To rent a vehicle, you must be:

  • At least 21 years old (25+ for premium vehicles)
  • Hold a valid UK driving license
  • Have held your license for minimum 2 years
  • Provide a valid payment method
  • Have valid car insurance (we offer protection options)

4. Booking & Cancellation

Confirmed Bookings: Once confirmed, booking is subject to our cancellation policy:

  • Cancel 7+ days before: Full refund
  • Cancel 3-7 days before: 50% refund
  • Cancel within 3 days: No refund (vehicle held)
  • No-show: Full charge applies

5. Damage & Liability

Renter is responsible for:

  • Any damage to the vehicle during rental period
  • Loss or theft (full vehicle value)
  • Traffic violations and parking fines
  • Fuel charges if vehicle not returned full
  • Excess mileage charges (if applicable)

Our insurance options cover: Collision damage, theft, windscreen/tyre damage, third-party liability

6. Payment Terms

  • Payment required at booking confirmation
  • Valid credit/debit card required
  • Security deposit (released after return inspection)
  • Final charges calculated after vehicle inspection
  • All prices in GBP

7. Vehicle Condition

All vehicles are provided in excellent condition. You must:

  • Inspect vehicle before departure
  • Report any issues immediately
  • Return vehicle clean and refueled
  • Drive within posted speed limits
  • Not use vehicle for illegal purposes

8. Limitation of Liability

M&M Performance shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or vehicles. Our total liability is limited to the rental amount paid.

9. Dispute Resolution

Disputes shall be resolved through:

  1. Good faith negotiation (14 days)
  2. Mediation
  3. Legal proceedings under UK law
